Developed conceptual and schematic design proposals of a home addition for an APX-affiliated client, integrating site analysis and the client's desires.
Worked with a partner to develop a 3D model and digital visualizations of our proposed addition using Rhino, Twin Motion, and Adobe software. Curated a project presentation for the client to review.
Working from exterior and interior photos of the client's home, we drafted several designs that would allow for optimal space while aligning with the original design of the home.
My partner and I chose to move forward with an addition that would make it easier to enter and exit the home through the kitchen. The addition extends from the original roof, creating a unified exterior look. The 3D-modeled interior lets the client experience the open, airy bedroom design and the expansive storage throughout the mudroom, pantry, and garage.
